I need to en-quire about a delay chip with single ended output. The tap increment maybe between 10ps to 100ps with a total possible delay of 8ns or more. Can you get me anything on this.
We don't have any programmable delay chips in our portfolio.
sorry we can't help.
If I may add to this discussion, the AD9516 and/or AD9517 have a coarse and fine delay function on the LVDS/CMOS outputs which may do what you desire. In fact, many of the parts in the AD9510 through AD9515 also have this function.
In addition, the AD9523, AD9523-1, AD9524, and AD9528 have delay capability as a part of their JESD204b support.
The last option is the AD9520/22, which have a "zero-delay" mode and have a "coarse" delay feature that allow you to delay the output by choosing which phase is used in the output divider. For instance, a /10 will have 10 possible output phases.
Whether or not these are suitable depends on the delay range as well as the frequency of interest.
Hope this helps.
