We have previously purchased the log amplifier, model AD8304. We found
that the list in the manual has a possible inconsistency, as shown on
the image attached. We suspect the label of inverting and non-inverting
inputs may have been confused.
In addition, we have built a feedback circuit with the AD8340 according
to the example setup in the manual, however the output is a fixed
voltage independent of the light intensity impinging on our photodiode.
This appears consistent to the case if the inputs are reversed and the
amplifier is alwasy saturated.
We wonder if the naming of BFIN and BFNG are labeled reversed in the
table, or the pins are actually reversed in the circuit diagrams.
