AD9398 and ADV7393 with HDMI YCbCr 4:2:2 Input

I currently have an AD9398 connected to an ADV7393 in HD 16-bit SDR mode.  I am using HD-component output of the ADV7393.  I have tested RGB and YCbCr 4:4:4 inputs via HDMI successfully and seen the appropriate output of the component video.  When I use a 4:2:2 YCbCr input over HDMI, I cannot get the colors to come out correctly from the ADV7393.  My setup is using no CSC in this mode.  I have tried swapping the Cb and Cr order in the ADV7393 but that just makes the colors wrong in a different way.  By my default setup, white looks pale yellow, magenta looks deep red, and blue looks black with a hit of yellow.  Is there any further modifications required to correctly pass the YCbCr 4:2:2 input through the AD9398 to the ADV7393?
