Does your AD7328 have the power up/down sequence (turn)?
eg; 1st VDD-->2nd VCC-->3rd Vdrive
It is recommended to first apply VDD/VSS supplies to this device, followed by VCC and Vdrive. Please also adhere to the schottky diode advice given on page 33 of the datasheet, in the "Power Supply Configuration" section.

I confirmed the turn of power up.
It was following wrong way!
1/Vcc, 2/Vdd, 3/VSS
So your ADC burned when power on.
Why does the mistake turn bring the burning ?
Burning come from over current I believe.

It's possible to inadvertently activate a diode between Vdd and Vcc with this sequence. It is always recommended to use the Schottky diodes as shown in the datasheet to prevent this scenario.
