no-OS DAQ2.KCU105 GTH equalization settings

The no_OS software for the DAQ2.KCU105 board combo sets up[1] the GTH receiver equalization in DFE mode, which is apparently not recommended by Xilinx [2].

Changing this equalization setting to JESD204B_GT_LPM  cured intermittent (1 bad 9680 ADC sample every 10^5 samples or so) problems I was having with certain DAQ2 boards (some boards worked OK in DFE mode, some didn't).

"This results in the default equalization mode being set to DFE rather than LPM. This is unlikely to be suitable in the majority of applications."
