ADIS16480 What is the minimum rate below which the gyros will not respond i.e., any dead band near zero. Is it possible to get a typical rate output plot of Gyros carried out on Rate Table for better understanding and clarity. If yes, in what incremental step the rate input is commanded in these Rate Table test.

There is no dead band near zero for the ADIS16480. Since the gyros can measure both positive and negative rotation, you can actually think of 0deg/sec as the "mid point".

For an example of how the data output of the gyro looks with respect to a known turn rate, you can refer to table 14 on page 18 of the ADIS16480 datasheet. (X_GYRO_OUT, Y_GYRO_OUT, Z_GYRO_OUT) are the most significant 16 bits of the gyro outputs for each axis. In table 14 you can see that at 0deg/sec the output should be 0x0000, and at +0.02deg/sec the expected output is 0x0001. For greater resolution you can read the least significant 16 bits of the gyro outputs, which can be found in (X_GYRO_LOW, Y_GYRO_LOW, Z_GYRO_LOW).

The linearity of the gyro output is stated in the datasheet as "0.01% of FS", or 0.01% of full-scale. With a full-scale of 450deg, the typical linearity error is 0.045deg (which means a 0.045deg deviation from a best-fit straight line).
