EVAL-ADXL362Z-DB Failure to Connect

I purchased the ADXL362Z-DB. No CD was provided, and the link included in the box (www.analog.com/adxl362db) is a terrible resource (user guide is for the wrong board, the download links don’t work, the schematics are for the wrong board, etc.).

I have found this wiki to be much better (https://wiki.analog.com/resources/eval/user-guides/inertial-mems/accelerometers/adxl362/eval-adxl362z-db?force_rev=1) and it has drivers. However the zip file link for the “Datalogger and GUI” is broken.

I am trying to connect to the board using the GUI, but am unable to connect (the COM port is showing up in my Windows 10 64 Bit device manager). I never get the DB board to say “PC” with USB cable attached (the jumpers are set to USB, and the switches are set to ON and VU). I am able to go into LOG mode by pressing SW3.

I am using Hardware “Rev 2.0” and GUI “V1.1.vi”. Per another forum post, I am not sure if Rev 2.0 is the same thing as Rev A (as there is also a Rev 0?).

I tried everything in this post: https://ez.analog.com/message/166110?commentID=166110#comment-166110 and am using the USB cable that came in the box.
