AD7266 - Analog 5V & Digital 3.3V

I need to use the AD7266 because of the fast and simultaneous Sampling.

The Measurement needs to have Analog 5V but i communicate with Digital 3.3V over SPI.

In the Datasheet i saw "AVDD to DVDD −0.3 V to +0.3 V"  ... does that mean it must be both 5V for AVDD and DVDD and only Vdrive needs to be 3.3V ?

or in other words: DVDD and VDrive does not have anything in common depending on "Digital Communication" ?

Thanks for the information
