Problem with using audio driver in lwip application

I'm trying to combine Audio_Loopback example with lwip application on ADSP-BF526 EZ-KIT Lite board. I followed directions mentioned in this thread: https://ez.analog.com/thread/12912. I increased resources in adi_ssl_Init.h, commented out adi_ssl_init() call and ExceptionHandler hook call from audio initialization code like in the mentioned thread. The problem I currently have is that my program hangs during adi_dev_Control() call configuring SSM2603 registers. Call Stack goes all the way from adi_dev_Control() to TwiAccess(ADI_DEVICE_ACCESS_REGISTERS*, ...) and then to _adi_int_NestingISR() and _EtherInterruptHandler + 0x92. Does it mean that ethernet driver interrupts are somehow messing with audio initialization? How can I fix this?
