Looking at the data sheet, the reference multiplying bandwidth for the part is 6.8MHz.
This has been tested in evaluation that when 5.6pF capacitors are used, there is little to no loss in gain as shown in Figure 16.
To answer your question, using 150kHz to 1.75MHz sine wave (with C6=5.6pF) should have no problem.
Translation:"In the use of precision attenuation AD5546 reference circuit, there is a feedback capacitor C6. How should the value of this capacitance change with frequency? In the reference input is a sine wave frequency is 150KHZ ~ 1750KHZ band when the capacitance for how much capacitance it?"
I am also evaluating this DAC for outputs 36 KHz Sine wave. I am using this in four quadrant mode with ADR03 reference in line with data sheet. I have conversion frequency of 1152 KHz. So 32 samples per cycle. But its harmonics performance is poor, just 30 dBc. Why it is so? Should there be any harmonic present??
