what exactly do you mean? the principles of FSK modulation?
I believe you can find info about that in the web, or even in ADI web page.

The traditional way to demodulate a FSK signal is by using a PLL but I'm sure you could get more info in the web.
Said that, and as your signal is relatively low in terms of frequency, you can use an ADC to decode the signal.
Generating FSK using DDS in range of 30KHz and earlier I was using XR2211 for decoding it,but it is obsolete now.So I am in need to design new FSK deomodulator for the mentioned frequency range.Please advice
