Questions about ADuM 3440 Propagation Delay

Hi, I have three questions about ADuM 3440 Propagation Delay.

  1. What exactly meaning of tPSK? It is said in the datasheet that “tPSK is the magnitude of the worst-case difference in tPHL or tPLH that is measured between units at the same operating temperature, supply voltages, and output load within the recommended operating condition”, but what the “units” refer to? Different ADuM 3440, or different channels?

  1. IS tPSKCD the propagation delays between any two channels of a given ADuM 3440?

  1. Will tPSK and tPSKCD change after ADuM 3440 power up?

Thanks,

Jiulu
