HMC833 Output Signal Problem

Hello everyone 

I have custom rf board and I use HMC833 local oscillator source for rf mixer. I have output signal with high noise

  

I use ADI simPLL to design HMC833 and I use 61.25 MHz reference signal.

 

My register codes are 

 

• REG 0 = A7975h
• REG 1 = 02h
• REG 2 = 1h
• REG 03h = fN hesaplanması
• REG 5 #4 = 60A0 h
• REG 5 #5 = 1628 h
• REG 5 #1 = 0F88 h
• REG 5 #2 = 2110h
• REG 5 #3 = 0898h
• REG 5 = 0h (close out VCO subsystem register writes)
• REG 6 = 30F4Ah(for fractional Mode ) (2003CAh for Integer Mode)
• REG 7 =14D h
• REG 8 =C1BEFF h
• REG 9 = 153FFF h
• REG 0Ah = 2046 h
• REG 0Bh = 7C061 h
• REG 0Ch = 0 h
• REG 0Dh = 0 h
• REG 0Eh = 0 h
• REG 0Fh = 81 h
• REG 10h = 20 h
• REG 11h = 84535 h
• REG 12h = 0 h
• REG 13h = 1259 h
• REG 04h = 0h

 

Before I use HMC833 eval board with 50 MHz crystal and helping of HMC833 eval board interface I wrote registers in upper side. Is there any wrong in the register codes and how can I reduce or remove noise from the signal to create clean signal
