How to get rid of frequency based delay in ecg signals with AD8232?

I'm trying to record an ECG with the AD8232. But now I noticed that the R Waves have a small delay  of 32ms to 40ms in comparison to a simulator that is recorded simultaneously. If the heart rate increases, the delay decreases. My Problem is that the detected delay is too high for my evaluation because it is very time critically.

I was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem or if anyone knew how to get rid of the delay. It would even be helpful to know where it comes from and if it is a linear delay, if it's proportional to the frequency of any filter used.

A fast response would be very welcome.

Thank you!
