I'm looking for an amplifier which could detect a 5ns pulse using HARLID sensor. Please find application circuit in the attachment.
I scan the document you attached and found several circuit. Can you be more specific on which part of the application note you need that specific amplifier. Is it the pulse detection circuit? Are you trying to replace the amplifier on that circuit? I would also like to know more of the requirements you need, like for the 5 ns pulse, what is the rise and fall time, what are the supplies, is it a battery? etc....
Please suggest a solution based on the following
1. the input optical pulse width, pulse peak, pulse repeat time, and pulse rise and fall times;
Ans: Pulse is from a laser source which can have a pulse width of 5ns to 30ns with a pulse peak varying between 100nA to 150mA.Repetition frequency will vary between in range of Hz to KHz.Consider pulse rise and fall time as 2ns each.
Please consider typical laser pulse waveform.
2. the selected photo-detector datasheet;

In the application note , a sample circuit is given but it don't satisfy the wide dynamic range as well as bandwidth.It can be considered as a reference.
3. The detector noise equivalent power (NEP) level (target);
Ans: Get this from datasheet.
4. the detector dynamic range (target);
Ans: Dynamic range will be power which can produce an equivalent current between 100nA to 150mA with pulse width of typically 10nS.
4. the detector overload recovery time;
5. Input optical signal wavelength or spectrum;
Ans: Operating at 1060nm.
6. detector target supply.
Ans: Supply voltage of 12V.
Note : HARLID is specifically meant for laser pulses and is enhanced for the specified operating wavelength.

The application is almost same except bandwidth required will be atleast 200MHz.
The detector module output impedance is not known but you can consider 1M ohm atleast as output impedance.In the demo-board circuit the module manufactures have used a 100K resistor as load .
