Now I try to migrate from VDSP++ to CCES for SHARC.
I use ADSP214xx.
I learn the ldf file from Analog Devices\CrossCore Embedded Studio x.y.z \SHARC\ldf
I notice that the same input section may be include to different memory segments partition which may be segments with 16-bit width or 32-bit width or 48-bit width.
For example seg_int_code declare:
CODE means that section contains instructions and/or data in the processor's default code word size; for example, 16 bits
for ADSP-214xx processors (without the -nwc switch), and 48 bits for everything else.
I can't understand:
Can the same input section have the different specific qualifiers like PM, DM, DATA64, DMAONLY, NW or SW?
If the same input section couldn't have the different specific qualifiers I have the question 2:
Is the using of the same input section to different memory segments partition to make universal ldf file?
