For a long time, I have used the EVAL-SDP-CB1Z controller board with both Vista, SP2 and Windows 7---the SDP board was augmented with Eval-CN0301-SDPZ to read a Measurement Specialties (aka Schaevitz) LVDT to monitor the movement of a lever---it worked fine---
In addition, I used the same SDP-B to drive an EVAL-0368-SDPZ for monitoring the rotation of a motor shaft as detected by the Magneto resistive Angle and Linear position ability of this board----it worked fine
My question is----my old VISTA & WIN 7 laptops have been replaced with new WIN 10 HP laptops----in my latest attempt to again set up these two eval boards with Win 10 I have been unable to secure USB connection with the SDP-B board and have a message displayed---"ADPerror 4101" Blackfin cannot recognize Microsoft Visual Basic 2015"---MY OLD LAPTOPS WERE CONFIGURED WITH MS VISUAL BASIC 2012----? I have updated VIS Basic 2015, but no help----Am I missing something here (pilot error) or does anyone have suggestions?
Thanks, Bob, w7iut
