Can I have 122.88 Msps in 1R1T and LVDS mode? From what I understand from the dataheet, I should. But the drivers do not allow that rate.
The short answer is no, the maximum transfer rate is 61.44 MHz, as timing for the path is guaranteed up to 61.44 Msps.

IIRC, this has nothing to do with 1R1T mode.
As far as the device is concerned, the ADC max is ~600MHz, and DAC ~300MHz (ADC/2), and all filters in 1x, gives you an effective sampling up to 300. However, I am not sure if the device is trying to limit it as it may have RF performance issues. You may be able to override and try things out -- but assume all the risk yourself.
Thanks for the reply. I guess I could not express myself clearly. 122.88 is not the sampling rate of ADC. It is the transfer rate in terms of Msps between AD9361 and Fpga.
