The ENOB can be easily calculated from the SINAD specification using following formula ENOB= (SINAD-1.76)/6.02. SINAD for the AD9224 and AD9225 is 68.3 dB/ 70.7 dB respectively for a 2.5 MHz input. Using the formula above, the ENOB for the AD9224 and AD9225 is 11- and 11.5 ENOB's respectively.

*Note, the datasheet does not indicate amplitude of full-scale sine used for testing which is likely to be -0.5 dBFS. Typically one uses the SINAD specification relative to dBFS to determine ENOB. If it were possible to confirm that testing was done at -0.5 dBFS back-off then one should have added 0.5 dB to the SINAD numbers to normalize specification to dBFS.
