I found that ADE9078 AVRMS update rate is equal to 4 kSPS. Would it possible to get more integrated value of AVRMS from the ADE9078? 1 SPS for example?
It is worth noting that for the ADE9078, the spec table values are for single readings. For parts such as the ADE7878 we always used to recommend reading the register and averaging over a second to get good stability. That is because the performance of the ADE9078 is much better and the RMS will be more stable with a single reading. There is no specific 1 second RMS register in the ADE9078 but the register can be read the desired number of times and then averaged if needed.

The averaging of 4 kSPS rate is not a desirable task for microcontroller which is planned to be used.
Would it be OK if I would read AVRMS value every 1 SPS only instead of 4 kSPS? What would be happened with the AVRMS accuracy?
How many samples (or what timeframe) of input signal is used by ADE9078 for calculating AVRMS?
Reading the RMS register once a second gives very good accuracy, the data sheet specification table is specified for a single read of the RMS register with no averaging required.
You can expect to get 0.1% down to a dynamic range of 1000 to 1 and 0.5 down to 5000:1.
The RMS is a filter based RMS and it is not an RMS over a particular number of samples.
