Yes, and one method would be using an ADAU1361:
The data from the ADAU1361 will be available on pins 3 and 4 of the ADAU1701's input block in SigmaStudio.
There are other codecs that would fit this task as well, such as the SSM2603:
If you have a microcontroller booting your system, this is no problem. However, if you are using self-boot, this could be an issue. In that case, I would suggest using a separate ADAU1702 with a simple bypass bath that sends the ADC to the serial output. It is slightly more expensive than the ADAU1361 and SSM2603 solutions, but it contains its own selfboot functionality that will save you the cost of a microcontroller.

It is quite obvious that Brett is recommending a CODEC from Analog Devices, but if you are looking for a cheap A/D converter with the same performance as the internal ADC's of the ADAU1701, you should choose the UDA1361TS from NXP. Pricing is below USD 1.50 if you only buy a single one.
I have used the UDA1361 together with the ADAU1701 in different designs and it works without any probems at all.
