Can I use ADA4941-1 with bipolar input signals while unipolar power supply?

Yes you can use ADA4941-1 at bipolar inputs with single supply, PROVIDED that there is enough DC bias for the inputs. ADA4941-1 is guaranteed to work with an input common-mode voltage range of 0.2 to 3.9 V at Vs= 5V. If the inputs are within this range, then that wouldn't be a problem. Just you have to make sure that your input swing within this ICMVR specs.
