What is the lowest voltage that ADuC845 can measure? And how can I archive that ability of ADuC845.

Calibration will help reduce the offset and full scale errors. The ADuC845 has four calibration modes which can be programmed using ADCMODE SFR. Please refer the Calibration section (Page 34 of Rev D datasheet). ADCMODE SFR can be found on Table 24 (Page 41 of Rev D datasheet).
The minimum voltage the ADuC845 can measure will greatly depend on how you configure the ADC. ADuC845 has a 24-Bit ADC, if configured with a 2.5 V external reference connected and using a gain of 1 on a unipolar range (2.56 V), you will be able to measure 152.6nV per code (LSB).
