I bet this has been done to death, but I couldn't find it. Please point me at ant previous threads on the subject you know of, or even let me in on the secret here.

I'm developing apps on a BF547 using VDPS 5.0 update 9.1, though I think it's nothing to do with the version, more a set-up problem. I can't look at DDR ram above 128MBytes:

00000000 - 07FFFFFF works,
Warning: Address 0x8000000 does not exist in the memory map.
Warning: Address 0xC000000 does not exist in the memory map.
Warning: Address 0x9000000 does not exist in the memory map.

Is there a setting somewhere I need to fiddle with?
