About HMC662LP3

We are using this detector , HMC662LP3, in a radiofrequency design but it does not work  properly. The detector is located at the end of a receiver chain (consisting of  amplifiers, attenuators and filters).

The detector, without input signal has at the output 1.3V (the  detector and other components of the chain are properly supplied) , which makes us believe that it does not work correctly, but surprisingly pressing on the  encapsulation, this signal goes down to 1 V approximately, which is the value that should have according to data sheet (when the detector doesn't have RF input signal).
We can not find an explanation for this fact, the detector pcb follows the data sheet instructions and the assembly is correct.
Is it known that anyone has had this same problem? How could we solve this problem?
