I want to use AD8615 weak high frequency signal amplification. Signal frequency is about 15M. I will use the 3.6V single power supply. I want to know the typical application circuit.

Your question is more complicated than it seems. You have not specified:
-- Signal frequency range: DC to 1.5 MHz?
-- Signal amplitude range: 1uV to 1V?
-- Pulse or sine wave?
-- Signal to noise ratio (SNR) desired
-- Loading: 100k resistor? 100 pF capacitance? ADC input which may be a dynamic switched capactior input?
-- Gain needed: times 1? times 100??
-- Gain linearity required: 1%? 0.01%

If your signal frequency is 15 MHz and not 1.5 MHz, you will have very little gain at 15 MHz and the traditional op amp formulas
do not work. They assume a very high loop gain at the highest frequency of interest.
