Is there is a reference design to connect AD9681 to (zynq ZC706 or Kintex7 or Virtex7 ML605) ???
Because the currently released AD9681 evaluation board has the Tyco connectors, it is difficult to connect to commercial FPGA boards.
There is a new AD9681 evaluation board in development that has an FMC connector, but this still a few months from release.

The design of the AD9681 evaluation board with FMC connector is complete and it is in the process of being transferred to production.
I do not know when the transfer to production will be complete. When are you hoping to obtain a board?

We are in a stage of finalizing our custom made FMC carrier board.
For the same, we need FMC pin-out, power-supply requirements (& reference design, if available) for AD9681 FMC board, so that we can plan the compatibility of AD9681 FMC with our FMC carrier board.

Can we run the AD9681 with fmc connector on any of the Xilinx boards?
The electrical connector is compatible, but I do not know about the mechanical constraints of the various Xilinx boards, so I cannot say that it will work with all Xilinx boards with FMC connector.
The board layout files are on the AD9681 evaluation board Wiki site ( https://wiki.analog.com/resources/eval/ad9681-125ebz ). You can get an idea from this about the size of the board. If know which Xilinx board is of interest, you can find its physical dimensions as well, to get a better feel for the mechanical compatibility.
