I have a question about ADV7480.
When our customer use ADV7480 for HDMI only, they have to connect
CD_SENSE = GND
RX_5V/VBUS = 5V
Can they connect these pins direct to GND and 5V?
Or should they insert resister ?
RX_5V can be pulled to 5V or 3.3V. You can hard pull it or normally I would resistively pull it. The pin is just a 5V tolerant digital input.
CD_SENSE can be tied to ground however I would use a resistor to pull to ground. This pin is just a 5V tolerant digital input.

I made a circuit for HDMI use only.
Our customer will use ADV7480 fo HDMI only so I deleted ADP198ACPZ and I added few lines with red.

1) 1KOhm or 33 ohm or something you are already using on this board in the similar range.
2a) I assume the ESD protection devices U10 & U12 are designed for HDMI
2b) If you are not planning on implementing CEC then you do not need the CEC circuit, just pull the pin high
2c) Normally the DDC_I2C lines are pulled up with voltage from DDC_5V. DDC_5V input to chip is used to tell if the source has connected. Depends on your system requirements.
