By using AD585, how to design feedback network to provide any desired gain in the sample mode

Issue :AD585_Feedback_Network_design_Gain calculation

Description :

By using AD585, how to design feedback network to provide any desired gain in the sample mode.

Problem :Below design we are using one of my project but I am not able to decide how to calculate R1,R2,R3,R4 (refer attachment) resistors for required gain.

Design :Refer attachment

1.AD585 Vin- : a composite video (say 1.2Vp-p) with a +5V dc offset(Refer attachment : Timing diagram)

2.AD585 Vin+ : a composite video (say 1.2Vp-p) with a +5V dc offset(Refer attachment : Timing diagram)

3.Hold#(in TTL format)(Refer attachment : Timing diagram)

for attached design provide the Gain calculation with given value or with defined resistor values(R1,R2,R3,R4) ?

Is this circuit seemed to be as difference amplifier in sample mode ?

 

Plz find the circuit diagram and Timing diagram of Vin-,Vin+ and Hold#
