During "clean" from the project tab is it possible to exclude the .ldr files because they are edited?
or is there any other way to protect a .ldr file?
Clean will discard all prior build data. The next time a build occurs the projects will be rebuilt from scratch.You can exclude the .ldr file from clean command by editing the makefile manually.Please follow the procedure:1. Disable "Generates Makefiles automatically" option from Project > Properties > C/C++ Build Note: Modifying some build settings, such as Generate Makefiles automatically, can affect other parameters (for example, changing them from enabled to disabled) and change visibility of other Properties pages. 2.Open "makefile" from Debug folder.3.Remove the ldr file in the clean command.
For example your clean command will be like below:clean: -$(RM) $(OBJS)$(LOADER_FILE_OUTPUTS)$(C_DEPS)$(DSP_DEPS)$(S_DEPS)$(LINKER_LOG_OUTPUTS)$(CXX_DEPS)$(C++_DEPS)$(ASM_DEPS)$(CC_DEPS)$(DXE)$(CPP_DEPS)$(C_UPPER_DEPS) test_loader.ldr -@echo ' '
Remove the "test_loader.ldr" from the clean command.
