I bougth en eval-HMC439QS16G that acts as phase detector but I don't know actully which pins are inputs and which pin is our outputs?
First I should mention that the HMC439 is a Phase Frequency Detector and is designed specifically for synthesizer applications. If you need a simple phase detector you'll have better results if you use one of our mixer products instead.
The REF & NREF are differential inputs for the reference frequency (single ended REF input on eval board) and VCO & NVCO are the inputs (single ended VCO input on Eval board) with the signal coming from a low noise oscillator. The NU / ND outputs are the outputs that will be used. The U / D outputs are on most of the time and are unused (at least as far as an output) as they would be result in degraded PN performance. Please refer to our FAQ on these Phase Frequency Detectors at https://ez.analog.com/docs/DOC-12122.
