I am trying to compile the fmcomms2 noos software for a zedboard. I have done this with success in the past with previous version of the noos software, but with the more recent version (October 2016, and using Xilinx SDK 2015.4 release), the compilation seems to be 'extended' to all platforms (Linux, altera). I get errors with missing .h files (such as matio.h (Matlab-oriented defines), which I could download from somewhere) and socal.h, for Altera platform.
My question is: is there a way to 'limit' to Xilinx only platforms when building the application ?
Or did I made something wrong during my setup or SDK project creation ?
