Do you mean how to communicate with multiple devices in daisy chain mode?
If that's the case then yes, a FPGA can be used to communicate to the devices.
The AD75019 is a 256 bit shift register with each of the bits corresponding to a connection in the 16 x 16 array. If 2 AD75019 are daisy chain together by connecting the SOUT of one device to the SIN of the next device, then 512 bits needs to be sent by the uC/FPGA, i.e. 256 bits for each AD75019 in the chain. So the number of bits sent by the uC/FPGA needs to be 256 multiplied by the number of AD75019 devices in the daisy chain.
