ADV7619 4k video mode testing

I am having ADV7619 reference kit, i want to test the 4K support with this reference kit, i am pasting here the ADV configuration i am using in the script for getting the video from portA, please have a look :

I am using laptop as HDMI source to PortA on ADV761 reference kit and and TV display is connected to output port, now the issue i am facing is if i configure the ADV for 4K but from laptop choose resolution as 1920x1080 i am able to see display of my laptop on TV, but if i select resolution on laptop as 3840x2160, video does not come on TV display.
