at the moment I am evaluating the possibilities to create a function generator based on the AD9102 Chip as a student project. I would like to generate a 167.772160 MHz clock signal for a 10 Hz step resolution. Additional it would be grate if I am would be able to get a 16.7772160 MHz clock for a 1 Hz step at lower frequencies.
Has anyone of you a recommendation for an easy, not too expensive way to achieve this?
Optimal would be a chip in a package that is not too difficult to solder by hand (QFP).
