If I want to reprogram the code in ADRN-WSN-1Z , do I need to prepare another tool? or this set is enough to reprogram the code.
Let me know what type of software package you are using/ installed AD6LoWPAN or ADRadioNet and the version of the software package. This helps in guiding you better. If you have .hex files you can use CM3WSD serial downloader from the below link to download the .hex files on to ADRN-WSN-1Z boards.
Thanks for your reply, there is another question , if we wan to use AdradioNet for advanced development like reconfiguring MAC or PHY layer settings of any node in the network . do I need to buy another kit or ADRN-WSN-1Z is enough?
The ADRadioNet is a proprietary protocol which does not have any standard MAC layer support. The ADWSN-UI tool provided with the package will allow the possible PHY settings. Refer to the “ADRN01-All-in-One-GettingStartedGuide” provided in the Docs folder of the package, for the possible configurations of a device.
In ADRN-WSN-1Z the ADF7023 is interfaced to ADuCRF101using SPI, for any custom requirement ADRN-WSN-1Z is enough to change the settings using SPI interface.

Thanks for your reply, it looks ADRN-WSN-1Z could could let user build a network base on ADI's proprietary protocol through ADRadioNet.
Another question is, if we want to build our own protocol , is it suitable that use ADRN-WSN-1Z to change the code and burn it through SPI? what software can use (JLINK? )
If you build your own protocol the code can be flashed using two methods mentioned below.
