Using 3.3V voltage level micro with ADM3251E

I am planning to use ADM3251E for a project with 3.3V micro. I want to use inbuilt DC-DC converter and for that I need to supply 5V at the VCC pin.

The "Tin" is capable of working at 3.3V input so it is fine but "Rout" is typically Vcc-0.3 so it will be 4.7V.

Do you think I can use it with my 3.3V micro? Any suggestion to make it work? If no is there any other suitable part number for isolated RS232 communication?
