The package leads aren't connected so it should be fine. Is the customer having trouble with the part? Is that why they took an X-ray of it? Which pins are shown in the X-ray?
Yes,one of 1000 pcs AD8310 can't work well and the excess material on pin is found by X-ray in the 1301 batch.

Regardless, I would advise the customer to return the part and submit it for a failure analysis.
Vout on 4 PIN always is about 4V and the current become lager than normal.PIN 5 and PIN6 short circuit.

No, this is not normal or expected. Pins 5 and 6 should NOT be shorted together.
Please have the customer return the part for Failure Analysis.
