GNU Radio Error with ADRV9371 and ZC706: Device not Found

I'm attempting to use pre-installed GNU radio build with  the ADRV9371 evaluation board with the ZC706.  I'm able to use the ADI IIO Scope - iio_info displays all the devices (local host)

Running one of the GNU examples on the desktop, cyclic-sine.grc; I tried using for the parameter hostname 'localhost' and '127.0.0.1' but with either value I get the following message shown below

Should I be entering something else in the parameter block?
