We are testing the AD7988 analog converter using the EVAL-AD7988-5SDZ and the EVAL-SDP-CB1Z. We would like to acquire 25600 sps, but when we use the visual aplication to manage the EVAL-SDP-CB1Z the "Samplin Frequency" is changed to 25565 sps (very close but not exactly what we need).

We have tried to change the sCLK Frequency value but we don't get 25600 sps. For example:

-sCLK Frequency 6*10^7--> Sampling Frequency: 25565

-sCLK Frequency 6*10^6--> Sampling Frequency: 25532

Is possible to get exactly 25600 sps? How?

When you set the sampling frequency to 25600sps the sofware change the sampling rate to 25565sps this is because there are only certain integer division available from 120Mhz base frequency starting at a divider of 2 and increasing to 65535.So when you set the sCLK frequency it turn or set the sampling frequency available.
