When I run QPSK Transmit and Receive Example, the following error occured:
There are two mat files associated with this model: sdrqpskrx.mat and sdrqpsktx.mat. Before you run this model, make sure these two mat files have been properly loaded in your workspace.
>> load('sdrqpskrx.mat')>> load('sdrqpsktx.mat')
These two lines have been included in the model PreLoadFcn, but just to be safe, you can run them again before you run the model.

Moving to Linux SW subspace for support on Matlab runtime error. Not sure if they could help here.
Is it possible that you can copy and paste the error as text or translate the error message to English. It will be difficult to read from the picture attached.

Is it possible to change the qpsk transmitter and receiver to 16 QAM transmitter and receiver? I tried many times but the system does not work
Next time if you create a new topic, please start a new thread, instead of asking question in old threads.
Regarding your question, yes, it is possible. You'd better first try out your 16 QAM system in MATLAB/Simulink, and make sure it works, before you move it onto hardware. Also please keep in mind, since you are doing 16-QAM, which is higher order than QPSK, you need to have better frequency and timing recovery in order to make it work.
Is there any helpful sources to learn how to create new hardware.
