ADAS3023 Input range

I am confused about spec. in the datasheet identifying the input range.

I use the adas3023 with the "COM" pin --> ground,

So the input range is the TABLE 1.

Because Adas3023 can set the PGIA gain. So I can set the PGIA

    Single -ened signals     0V to 1V ,   the PGIA =   1.6  (10)

    Single -ened signals     0V to 2.5V , the PGIA =  0.8  (01)

    Single -ened signals     0V to 5V ,    the PGIA =     0.4  (00)

    Single -ened signals     0V to 10V ,  the PGIA =   0.2  (11)

But I also see the data in the datasheet  ( page 22)

 COM = GND , Vin = -5.12 / 0V ,    We can use the PGIA gain = 01 for the  5.12V,

So  that is the question. What is the input range and PGIA setting with "COM = GND"?

Thanks
