Is there a true Full duplex RF transceiver operating in the 2.4-2.5 GHz that is provided by Analog Devices?
If not are there Discrete ICs that Analog devices provides for configuring that can work as the same?
Let me know please.
All the low power RF transceivers are half duplex.
It may be worth re-posting in the Wide Band RF Transceivers section of EngineerZone. There are parts on the following page of the ADI website that operate at your desired frequency with multiple Rx and Tx signal chains.

If you did want to use discrete ICs we do have parts that would enable the design of a complete Tx/Rx system - ADIsimRF is a useful tool to assist with such a design.
