After purchasing the FMCOMMS3 board I was provided with an SD card which included some linux installation I could use for my ZedBoard. I followed the Zynq & Altera SoC Quick Start Guide [Analog Devices Wiki]  and AD-FMCOMMS2/3/4/5-EBZ Zynq and ZED Quick Start Guide [Analog Devices Wiki] , but this still led to no solution.

I am receiving errors like:

VFS: Cannot open root device "mmcblk0p2" or unknown-block(179,2): error -30
Please append a correct "root=" boot option; here are the available partitions:

Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(179,2)

The Linux kernel does not boot and ends with this final message:

end Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(179,2)

I am not sure the issue please help. I attached a full output of the log.
