i need a -6V potential voltage tieded to the ouput ground of the ADuM3223

ADUM3223 has primary to secondary as well as high side to low side isolation
High-side or low-side relative to input: 537 V peak
High-side to low-side differential: 800 V peak
So as long as the differential voltage you apply between various grounds (GND1, GNDA, GNDB) whether its x-0 or x- (-6V) this is not going to effect unless it exceeds the above mentioned voltages. Also, please do ensure that you also follow the guideline on VDD2. So, If you are using -6V for GND2 (A or B) then the VDD2 has to be adjusted accordingly
4.5 V ≤ VDD2 ≤ 18 V wrt Ground
-1.5 V ≤ VDD2 ≤ 12V wrt -6V
