Glitches on digital interface of AD9269

Hello, we have a strange problem trying to capture signals using the ADC9269
and an FPGA. From time to time, without no apparent reason, we get a "glitch"
in the sampled noise. ADC is configured in signed two complement mode output,
ad noise samples are usually slightly positive (the mean value is greater than
zero, around 10-20 digit). At a certain point, without apparent reason, we get a slightly negative
sample (value about -40 digits) and just after it, a big negative sample (value
about -4000 digits) on BOTH ADC channels. DCOs seem to be valid.

Of course the input analog signal doesn't have any glitch.

Any hint? Thanks.
