AD9691: Driving SYNCINB Input single-ended

Hi all,

I am currently in the design phase of a data aquistion system using the AD9691.

Looking at the datasheet of the device I can learn that the SYNC input (normally differential) can also be driven single-ended.

The converter device will accept this by setting register 0x572 bit 4 to logic 1.

When I look at the equivalent circuit of the SYNCINB inputs (Fig. 34 of the datasheet), I am wondering whether it would be valid to connect SYNCINB- pin directly to DGND and drive SYNCINB+ pin directly (single-ended) by the FPGA output.

Do I miss here anything?

Thanks and best regards,

Gerald
