I have a question about the IIO Oscilloscope and AD9361. Is it possible to determine the absolute power of the power input to the FMMCOMS3 from the ADC data which is obtained by IIO Oscilloscope?
After some calibration - I would say yes. You need to know the Gain Index or absolute gain applied by the AD9361. The easiest way would be to use Manual Gain Mode.

There are many ways to compute and analyze power. The Essene is that power is proportional to magnitude squared.
So you only need a absolute reference point (Calibration). Search for "FFT or DFT" and "power spectral estimation", take a closer look at Power Spectral Density (PSD).
