Active filter simulation does not agree with breadboard hardware

I designed an active bandpass filter using the analog devices filter designer.
I simulated it in a spice program (NI multisim). Multisim results as far as gain agreed very well with the AD filter designer. I used the AD827 dual op amp with 50 MHz GBW. My center frequency is 125 kHz and the gain is 25 dB.

However when I built the circuit with hardware components the gain is much less on my breadboard (6 db).
