device tree initilization

I'm using the ZC702 board with the FMSCOMMS3 AD9631 board.  I want to change the default configuration for the chip and I found this description using a .dtsi file:

AD9361 high performance, highly integrated RF Agile Transceiver™ Linux device driver [Analog Devices Wiki] 


I notice that "adi-fmcomms2.dtsi" on that page doesn't have the entire device tree.  For example, when I export the existing device tree using "dtc -I dtb devicetree.dtb -O dts -o devicetree.dts", I see more items than just the FMC_SPI device shown on this page.


Can the "adi-fmcomms2.dtsi" be installed on the board using: "dtc -I dts adi-fmcomms2.dtsi -O dtb -o devicetree.dtb"?  If not, how is it installed on the board?
